As a dancer, yogi, and minister, I have a unique understanding of the connections between mind, body, and soul. My classes are Vinyasa Flow, with sequences that feel like a powerful yet graceful dance. Each class has an anatomical and (secular) spiritual theme, focusing on connecting movement with breath. I believe how we do yoga is how we do life; I encourage students to consider how we move through fear, release tension, and cultivate self-love on the mat can transform how we do the same in our daily lives.
