The sequences feel like a powerful yet graceful dance, and are always based on both anatomical and spiritual themes as Kelsey believes strongly in the connection between mind, body, and soul. She believes that how we do yoga is how we do life and encourages students to consider how the ways we move through fear, release tension, and cultivate self-love on the mat can transform how we do the same in our daily lives.

Kelsey is also certified through the Prison Yoga Project to teach trauma-informed yoga, as well as through Kidding Around Yoga for teaching yoga to kids.
